Cask type:

Tasting Note

Colour: Sunlight on the spirit safe.
Body: Full, with style and substance.  The viscosity of the spirit is remarkable, almost honey-like in texture.
Nose/Palate: The Speyside sensations leap from the glass as this undiscovered beauty opens like a treasure chest.  Remarkable harmony of sweet, malted first-filled American oak, toasted marshmallows, nutty nougat, cherries, strawberry/raspberry jelly, Bartlett pears saturated in oaky syrup, vanilla extract - it has it all.   A delectable gorgeous bouquet.

If you thought the aromas were outstanding, then you will appreciate the flavours of sheer, mellow oak and warm vanilla caramelised over jellybeans – and this is just the start.  Add dried coconut and banana and you have one of the most amazing single malt experiences ever.  Glorious.

Finish:

Spectacular and unforgettable.   It is a serene, captivating malt, which is as long on the finish as any malt I have ever tasted.
