| Body: | Full, strong and sensuous. It’s seriously Islay – in its absolute prime. | |
| Nose/Palate: | You are plunged into the wild Atlantic, swim ashore, wade through the seaweed onto the peat moor, walk for miles in the driving rain, arrive at a croft with a peat fire burning where you are offered a bowl of hot porridge, topped with syrup and wild berries, followed by a generous dram of this magnificent spirit. An out of body experience. | |
| Finish: |
Distinctive, incredibly complex. The quality of both the spirit and the oak is outstanding. This takes Malt Whisky to a higher level. A tribute to both Cooper and Distiller. Exquisite quality and the best I have tasted in a decade. |
