The marine
peaty notes shimmer over the olfactory cells like moon beams on the ocean.
Then it’s waves of sweet malt, toffee apples, passion fruit, lemon rind,
maple syrup and mellow oak, with little hints of pine and black pepper.
On the
palate it’s delicious. The peat smoke together with the sweetness of the
oak merge into a sublimely smooth example of coastal whisky at its very
best. The soft fruits complement beautifully the aged oak. All intertwine
to provide you with a rainbow of flavours. |
