For this Mystery Malt we have taken a well respected Speyside spirit and developed it in a first fill bourbon cask to produce a layered and well balanced single malt that tantalises the senses. On the nose it delights with sweet melon and white fruits, runny honey and pineapple cubes along with delicious vanilla and barley sugars. Dancing on the tongue, the light refreshing balance of bright lemon and vivacious sherbet transition to a fruit salad combination that leaves the mouth smiling with a coating of vanilla, honey and malty richness. A truly inspired Scotch whisky that will puzzle experts and enthusiasts alike.
